Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was mostly positive, with clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful service, and a wonderful location near downtown Louisville. However, the room's bathroom could use some improvements, and the noise level in the area affected my sleep quality.
The hotel was right in the heart of downtown Louisville KY, making it perfect for exploring all the city has to offer, with spacious and quiet rooms facing the atrium. The service was exceptional, with friendly and informative staff. The dining options were good, though a bit overpriced. The location was ideal for visiting major museums and enjoying the Urban Bourbon Trail.
The hotel rooms were splendidly clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable, although the lack of power sockets near the bed was slightly inconvenient. The view of the statue outside, nicknamed 'The Butt Room,' added a quirky touch to the experience. The service was prompt and accommodating, offering great suggestions for nearby activities and dining options. The central location made it convenient for exploring all that Louisville has to offer, and the proximity to major attractions was a definite advantage. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, but the overall value for money was reasonable.
